If you do have any queries about anything, from event locations to questions about the types of packages available, then please get in touch via our email address providing your first name, telephone contact (if you are happy to speak by phone) and the nature of your query, and we will aim to get in touch the same day*.

If you are looking to make a booking, then please get in touch via email or phone with the following details ready to provide:

  • Forename & Surname
  • Telephone Contact details
  • Date of service
  • Time of service
  • Location of service**

Once we receive these details you will be contacted within 24 hours*, to discuss which package you would like and the cocktails you would like.

It is required that the deposit is paid a minimum of 3 days before the date of the event, otherwise Kimono’s Cocktails reserve the right to forfeit the event. Final payment for the event should be made to the cocktail maker for the evening, before the event’s start time.

Please Note: Bookings must be made one week prior to the event date to allow for the preparation of stock. A booking is termed as when the client has confirmed the date and time on the phone to a member of Kimono’s Cocktails from the details they originally provided over the phone or via email.
